Our journey toward world championship titles began in 2023, when Kökar Senap won gold in the sweet-hot mustard category at the World-Wide Mustard Competition in Wisconsin, USA.
Two years later, in 2025, Julsenap went all the way and was crowned Grand Champion – the champion of champions.
Two gold medals for two different mustards tell an important story: quality is present in every batch.

I want to share the tastes of the archipelago with you, just as they are experienced here on Kökar: pure, honest, and full of life. Every mustard I make is produced on a small scale in my little factory by the sea, in the outer archipelago of Åland.
